Why does the Splunk universal forwarder service stop after installation on Windows server 2008R2?

After I installed the Splunk universal forwarder on Windows server 2008 R2 x64, I can't start the service. This is what I got in Event Viewer ![alt text][1] this is what I found in /va/logs ERROR ApplicationUpdater - Error reloading SplunkUniversalForwarder: handler for web (http_post /server/control/restart_webui_polite): Application does not exist: Not Found [1]: /storage/temp/80202-ss2016-01-14at092745.png Also I reinstalled the forwarder and the same problem persists. I tried with the newest versions of the forwarder: Splunk 6.3.2 and 6.3.1 Thanks for your help
